Paintsville Lake State Park

The campground offers 32 full-service sites with electricity, water and sewer hookups at each site and ten primitive sites. Restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are provided. Reservations can be made through the Reserve America app or website. The campground is open year round. 

Four shelters are available located at the park and can be reserved in advance by calling 606-297-8486.  The shelters varying in size and are perfect for birthday parties, celebrations, family reunions, church groups, or other group events.

Multiple opportunities exist for Fishing on the lake.  Paintsville Lake has an excellent population of Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Catfish and bluegill.   Trout stockings are also common on the lake.  White Bass and Walleye are also often targeting by anglers.
