Circuit Court Clerk

Penny Adams Castle is a lifelong resident of Johnson County and has served as Circuit Clerk since 2013. Penny has been an employee of the Administration of the Courts Judicial System since 1996. Prior to Clerk she worked as a Deputy Clerk and Judicial Secretary. Penny is a member of the Circuit Clerk Association and the Johnson County Republican Women's Club. She resides at River with her husband, Jeff. Together they have three children and five grandchildren. Penny is a member of Toms Creek Freewill Baptist Church and is actively involved with the youth.
