Commissioner District 1

Kathy Adams is a lifelong resident of Johnson County and has served as Commissioner – District 1 since 2007. Kathy has been an employee of Paintsville Independent School District for 30 years. Kathy serves on the board of Kentucky Magistrates & Commissioners Association (KMCA) and she is a member of the Johnson County Republican Womens Club. She resides in the community of Staffordsville with her husband, Terry. They have three children and five grandchildren. Kathy continues to be involved in many local community development projects.
